Cancellation Policy
Extensions by Ginger requires a deposit on most services. This reserves your spot and goes toward the total service.
Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late, you no-show, or cancel with-in 48 hrs of your appointment you WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND ON YOUR DEPOSIT.
If a service does not require a deposit please be aware that you will be charged 50% of the service fee if you are more than 15 minutes late, you no-show, or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment.
*At the time of your scheduled appointment, if you the client, decide to change your originally booked services to something LESS…you will be charged for the appointment cost that was booked.
